Prince Mahesh Babu has promised to his fans during 'Khaleja' Audio Release that he will do atleast two films in a calender Year. But his next film 'Dookudu' has started 8 months ago and is still on sets.

As per the buzz , due to lack of understanding between Srinu Vytla and Mahesh the film is delayed. Now, the latest news is that Super Star Mahesh Babu decided to release 'Dookudu' for his Birthday as Gift to fans at any cost. 

Dookudu would be a family, comedy and action entertainer. Srinu Vytla told that the movie has loads of entertainment and fun-filled scenes. The satellite rights of Dookudu have been acquired by Maa Tv for a whopping price of  Rs5.5 crores.

Sreenu Vytla is directing the film and Anil Sunkara, Gopichand are producing the film under 14 Reels Entertainment. Samantha is paring opposite Mahesh Babu as a female lead. Thaman is scoring the tunes for this flick.

Dookudu audio release date has been postponed many times and the updated  scheduled date is on August 18, 2011 at 06:30pm .
